1CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

We the undersigned as citizens of Jamaica request that the government immediately reinstate capital punishment as a sentence for convicted murderers, and that there be no delay between conviction and execution, allowing for a maximum of 6 months.

For the following reason:   Ecclesiastes 8:11   “Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.”
